The Training Specialist exists as a member of the Health Care Eligibility and Operations (HCEO) Education Team, to design, develop, deliver, implement and maintain health care training related to policy, procedures, and the eligibility systems currently used by the Department of Human Services (DHS) for health care. Job Responsibilities Include: • Responsible for design, development, implementation, delivery and maintenance of training activities, using both technology-based and classroom methodologies. • Responsible to draft and update system procedures, and assist with regular review and maintenance of the system procedure manual. • Represent Health Care Eligibility and Operations (HCEO) on Minnesota IT Services (MN-IT) projects to develop business requirements, draft system procedures and processes, and participate in the development of project deliverables through implementation.
